Before any movement takes place I like to sit with my client and talk. This conversation helps me paint a full picture of where you are at mentally and understand your current lifestyle.After our initial chat, I coach you through a series of fundamental movements assessing your posture, strength, mobility, and endurance. This process helps me to identify your strengths and areas where you need more guidance to help you improve gradually over time.
